However, iDivorceForms.com will be UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND after the expiration of the 24 hour grace period. Once the interview has been completed for the states of Alabama, California, Florida, and Texas, iDivorceForms.com cannot issue a refund to clients; once the interview is complete in these states (Alabama, California, Florida, and Texas), the iDivorceforms.com service has been rendered. So if you discover your spouse has already filed for a divorce, decided to use another service, or decided not to go through with the process, but have not submitted a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, unless you are filing in the states of Alabama, California, Florida, and Texas, we will not issue a refund.
If your forms are rejected by the court due to an error on our part, we will provide you with a full refund or we will correct the error for free. However, to be eligible for the full refund, you must have filed the iDivorceForms.com documents within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the forms from iDivorceForms.com. To make a refund request in this manner, you must return the iDivorceforms.com documents you received, along with the rejection letter from the court.
If you do not follow these instructions, iDivorceForms.com cannot issue a refund.
